Welcome to Sam Vic Driving School By booking a lesson, purchasing a package or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Sam Vic Driving School provides driving lessons across Victoria. All lessons are delivered by accredited driving instructors. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, and the latest version will always be available on our website.

Bookings can be made online, by phone or through our instructors. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details, lesson time and pick up location are correct.

All lesson fees must be paid at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept standard online and card payment methods.

We understand that plans can change, although we ask that you give us enough notice:

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

• If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the full lesson fee will apply.

• If you do not attend the lesson without notice, the session will be counted as completed.

If you choose a package, the following conditions apply:

• Packages must be used within 6 months from the date of payment.

• Packages are non-refundable.

• Packages are not transferable to another person.

• Expired lessons cannot be redeemed

Students must:

• Hold a valid Victorian learner permit or licence appropriate for the lesson.

• Be in a suitable physical and mental condition to take part in the lesson.

• Follow the instructor’s directions at all times during training.

We aim to provide your preferred instructor and lesson time, although this may not always be possible. If an instructor becomes unavailable, we will arrange a replacement or help you reschedule at no extra cost.

Safety is our top priority. If an instructor believes a student’s behaviour or condition puts safety at risk, the lesson may be stopped. No refund will apply in this situation.

If students wish to use our vehicle for their VicRoads driving test, they must complete at least one lesson with us before the test. Test bookings are subject to availability and separate fees apply.

Sam Vic Driving School is not responsible for:

• Any fines, penalties or infringements incurred due to a student’s driving behaviour.

• Personal items lost or left in the training vehicle.

• Delays or cancellations caused by traffic, weather or other external factors.

We respect your privacy and only collect information necessary for bookings, communication and delivering lessons. We never share your details without your consent.
